The Minnesota State fish, The Walleye!
At 36” long, this trophy fish was created with dozens of colorful driftwood pieces. The eyes were not carved, but were fashioned from knots in the wood and were what originally inspired this piece. The entire sculpture weighs 10 pounds.
A gentle push on its tail makes the walleye move as if it is swimming.
