The first annual show and sale of Roballo’s art was a huge success. It took place in the yard at 2920 Greysolon Road. The Duluth News Tribune did a story about his art on Thursday, June 24th. The weather cooperated on the day of the show, WDIO news featured Roballo and his art on the evening news (see the clip on the In the News! page), and over 50 guests attended the event. Several pieces sold but perhaps more importantly, the show helped Roballo believe that he is, indeed, a “real” artist!
